The receptionist was warm and helpful the paperwork was taken care of online before the appointment and was shockingly used so I didn’t have to repeat that process a first!! It hadn’t taken long to get an appointment and it was a great experience all round. Meeting Allison was very reassuring and was happy she was already knowledgeable on my needs and what my insurance could provide. I was asked what we my priorities for new hearing aids and what I didn’t like about my old ones. I left I was listened to and understood and not rushed to make a decision in anyway. I can see already that this place is a perfect fit for me and can’t wait to be fitted for my new pair. Good service is hard to come by these days and I’ve found it here. Thanks for your service!!
